No-Nonsense Therapy Ltd. is a private psychotherapy practice that offers individual therapy sessions to help clients work through a range of mental health challenges.
At the moment, we solely offer Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long.
Following assessment, we will agree your goals and priorities for treatment. With me, you can expect an understanding of how your problem developed, identify unhelpful behaviours/cognitions that are maintaining your problem day-to-day and master effective ways to cope with these and bring about lasting positive change.
Talking can be thirsty work so it is always a good idea to have some water nearby. You will also need a pen and notebook to make notes.
